Accurate requirements are foundational for a successful project. Manual definition and management of requirements becomes inefficient if not impossible as the size and complexity of projects grow. Large teams, globally distributed teams, rapidly changing requirements and projects with hundreds to thousands of requirements contribute to the difficulty. Our panelists tonight will delve into this issue and show us how we can leverage requirements management tools to help tame the requirements beast.
