Software Project Success is on the minds of many developers, managers, and customers. We all have been in projects that were successful, and some that didn’t go so well. What actions, events, or practices turned a project into a success, while others ended up less so?

Over the course of more than 20 years in the software business Steve Teleki has observed a multitude of practices that software projects use. He will share his experience about the building blocks of software project success.
