Steven Teleki's slides are available at the bottom.
Overview:
Software Project Success is on the minds of many
developers, managers, and customers. We all have been in projects that
were successful, and some that didn’t go so well. What actions, events,
or practices turned a project into a success, while others ended up
less so?
Over the course of more than 20 years in the software business Steve
Teleki has observed a multitude of practices that software projects
use. He will share his experience about the building blocks of software
project success. You will leave with concrete ideas that you can turn
into actions on how you too can improve the odds on your next project,
help your peers, and make your next project a resounding success.
