Overview:
Panelists will discuss how to identify and ameliorate difficulties arising from factors such as large number of projects, complex projects, shared pool of engineers, distributed teams, multi-national teams, system level requirements and constraints on the project content and schedule where the software project is part of a larger systems project that is a moving target.

About the Panelists:
Corby James, Chief Technology Officer at Noblestar. Corby James drives Noblestar’s strategic direction. He manages technology partnerships and directs the development of service offerings as well as Noblestar’s extensive base of intellectual capital. Prior to Noblestar, Corby was the Chief Technology Officer for Austin Software Foundry, which was later acquired by Noblestar in 1998. His 18 year career in IT consulting includes Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group and Unisys. He was also the head of his own company, Raven Consulting.

Bill Krakar, Manager of Product Engineering Management and Core Technology Product Management at Freescale, a leading global semiconductor supplier with the industry's broadest portfolio of microprocessors and associated development tools targeted at embedded applications.

Darrel A. Raynor, COO/CIO – Triand, Inc., leading Education Software provider; Managing Director, Project Consulting - Data Analysis & Results, Inc.; Director, Project Management Program - St. Edward’s University Professional Education Center. Darrel is a senior technology executive, consultant, and turnaround specialist with over twenty years management experience. He has recovered projects and organizations and managed major new technology enterprise financial and other software development and integration projects.
